Our Sweet Promise & Our Refund Policy

Every treat we make is baked fresh to order, with care, in small batches. Because our baked goods are perishable and can’t be resold or returned, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, we want you to be delighted. If something isn’t right with your order, such as a mistake on our end, damage during pickup or delivery, or an item that doesn’t match what you ordered, please reach out within 24 hours at bshouseofcakes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We’ll gladly make it right with a remake or store credit, at our discretion.

Please note:

• Orders can be changed or canceled up to 3 days before your pickup or delivery date. After that, we’ve already started baking.

• Please review your order details, pickup time, and allergen information before checking out.

• Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, soy, and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible. Please contact us before ordering with any allergy concerns.
